By submitting an order you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions set out below will apply between you and us in connection with the sale and purchase of the items purchased from this site. Tickets purchased cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
In the event of cancellation only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. The purchaser will be required to return the tickets, on receipt of which we will refund the face value of the tickets using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets.

If an event is postponed, refund requests will be accepted up until the revised date of the event. We are unable to refund tickets that are received after the rescheduled date.
It is the responsibility of the ticketholder to ensure that tickets returned are received by us.
It is the responsibility of the ticketholder to ascertain the date and time of a rearranged event.
Right of Admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking that has been completed if it comes to our attention that such tickets are being resold to the public at an inflated price including auction sites such as ebay.
It is the ticketholder's responsibility to check their tickets on receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified later.
Where a customer has booked E-Tickets, the cardholder must present the ticket in person and present requested ID. The cardholders' ID will be required unless stated

PRICE
The prices payable for any items that you order are as set out on the web site and are inclusive of UK VAT where appropriate. If, as a result of an error, we have under-priced any of the items, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, on the condition that we notify you prior to dispatching the items in question.The price of the items shown does not include the delivery charge if required, for which you will be required to pay extra.
THE CONTRACT
No contract of any kind will exist between you and us unless and until we have actually dispatched the items to you, via post or email. At any point prior to dispatch we reserve the right to decline to supply any items to you without giving any reason. At the point that the items are dispatched a contract will be made between you and us and subject to the returns provisions as outlined below you will be charged for the items.We will be permitted to withdraw from any contract where there have been obvious inaccuracies and errors with regards to the items appearing on the site.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
If we have insufficient stock to deliver the items or for any reason beyond our reasonable control or we are unable to supply the items ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum that we have debited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and we will notify you by e-mail, telephone or at your registered billing address.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery will be made to the shipping address that you have selected during the checkout process, or to the email address as given by you. We will be permitted to make deliveries by instalments or partial deliveries. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order has been accepted and we will do our best to deliver your items within 30 days from the date of despatch of your order. We shall not be liable to you for any loss caused as a result of a delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to any items that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
RETURN OF GOODS
It is a statutory right that you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of any items within seven working days commencing on the day after you receive the items. Please note that it will not be possible for us to accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of audio, video, DVD, video games and software products where an item has been unsealed. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items which mean that the goods must be unused. You will be responsible for any costs in returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or unless the item is faulty. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods. Please contact Reception on the numbers given above prior to returning any items.
PAYMENT
You can pay using any of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, JCB and Visa Delta. All card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. The details of your credit/debit card will be encrypted and will not be stored on any of our systems in order to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of your order. There will be no charge for any items unless they are dispatched via post or email. We will accept web orders only from web browsers that allow communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology e.g. 3.0 version or higher of Internet Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. As a result of this, it will not be possible for you to place an order by mistake through an unsecured connection.
INVALIDITY
If any court of competent jurisdiction holds any part of these terms and conditions invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part of these terms and conditions shall be severed and the remainder of the terms and conditions hereof shall continue in full force and effect.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes.
